ARCHIETECT’S VISION

I prefer to be referred to as the ARCHIETECT, not President. The reason is that FLORIDA ELITE is building a model which will be BLUEPRINT to success for not only FLORIDA ELITE, but for all youth organization which truly want to change lives. My vision is the more we push the boundaries, the more lives we impact. FLORIDA ELITE is the 1st piece of the ELITE BRAND. Our cutting-edge ideals, forward thinking and our “WHY NOT?” attitude will keep FLORIDA ELITE ahead of the curve.

Our Mission

Our mission at FLORIDA ELITE is to become the leader in the development of STUDENT-ATHLETES through five core principles: SCHOLARSHIP, LEADERSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, INTEGRITY and TEAMWORK. By requiring all FLORIDA ELITE organizations to instill these five core principles in their program, ensures all of our participants are receiving the same values to compete in life. FLORIDA ELITE aims to enrich the lives of are participants by educating them in: CULTURAL DIVERSITY, CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT and SELF-WORTH.

Our History

Florida Elite Football and Cheer (FEFC) was established in 2014 by several elite sports organizations. These organizations wanted to provide more memorable experiences for STUDENT-ATHLETES. These organizations understood the sports of football & cheerleading were the attraction to the athletes, but only “the hook” for the message the organizations wanted to deliver. These organizations refused to accept the status quo as it relates to “Just Playing Football”. They wanted to ensure their youth were equipped to become leaders of their respective communities. There was a very aggressive approach in establishing FLORIDA ELITE, which included a merger of 2 leagues FLORIDA ELITE and SUNSHINE PAL. This merger was driven by the founding 18 organizations:
