Black Kat
0I was recently digging through old shoots and stumbled on this one. I met this girl 1 time in a sort of friend of a friend of a friend scenario. This may have been one of the first shoots that really made me appreciate a solid black background. There’s something I find incredibly interesting about completely eliminating the surroundings even though you know it’s there. It doesn’t have the same feel as cutting out a person and painting the background black. Not sure I’m making a lot of sense, but all blathering aside I give you Black Kat.
Sunset Glow & Studio
0Ever since I began taking photos, I’ve been more observant of what things might make a good shot. For the past few years, whenever I’m driving and the sun is fairly close to the horizon, I realized the colors were fantastic. I know sunsets can be a bit cliche, but they paint everything warm colors, and when that hits your eyes, it just looks amazing. Next time you’re outside during a sunset, point your face towards the sun and look in a mirror.
Here’s a few sunset shots, and just because, a few studio shots from the same day.
First Ever Trevor Blog!
2Hello citizen, you’ve found your way to my very first blog. The purpose of this blog is to discuss what I’ve been doing in the world of photography and design. I guess it’s an outlet for the images I love to create.
I like to keep things simple, so my blogs shouldn’t be too wordy most of the time.
Attached to this will be some shots I took from the roof/ parking garage at Tampa General Hospital.
Sit back and enjoy the ride.
